A Facebook error is disrupting connections to DealerRater. Additional details on this issue can be found below:

What’s impacted?

You will not see any new Facebook reviews in the Dealer Panel, you will not be able to respond to existing Facebook reviews in the Dealer Panel, and you will not be able to post reviews to Facebook using our Wall Tool.

What isn’t impacted?

Your testimonials and classifieds feeds will still be active and working on Facebook.

How long will this be an issue?

We are communicating with Facebook to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We don't have an ETA, but we expect this issue to be resolved within the next few days. Any existing connections will automatically be reconnected once the issue is resolved.
