Connecting to Facebook
Connecting external platforms, like Facebook, to the Dealer Panel, allows you to respond to your reviews in one place. Below are step-by-step instructions on connecting the Dealer Panel to Facebook.
Log in to the Dealer Panel with an account with administrative access to the dealership.
Navigate to the Reviews header item.
From the drop-down, select All Reviews.
Select a Primary page or Service page
Select the pencil icon above the filter section next to Facebook. You can connect your Primary dealership page or a Service Center page from here.
Link your Facebook Business account to DealerRater
If a pop-up prompts you to sign in, please sign in with an account with admin access to the Facebook page you wish to connect to.
Facebook Pages
Now that you have selected your Facebook Business account. Facebook will ask you to check off pages you wish to link to the Dealer Panel.
Facebook Permissions
After selecting all pages in the prior step, Facebook will ask you to give DealerRater permission to access your data. All toggles must be turned on.
