How to Add a New Admin to your dealership's Facebook page

Please follow the instructions below to add a new Admin-level Facebook account to manage your Facebook page.

Accessing Facebook

  1. Open a web browser and go to the Facebook website (www.facebook.com).

  2. Log in to your Facebook account using your username and password.

Select your Page

  1. Click your profile photo in the top right.

  2. Click See all Profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.

Manage the page

Click Manage on the page layout screen.

Select Page Access

Next, select Page access on the left side of the screen.

People with Facebook Access

Next, click the "Add New" button adjacent to the People with Facebook Access header.

Add a new user

After clicking the add new button, you will need to follow a series of prompts until a screen with a search bar appears. Here you can search for a user by name or email address. Once you find the user you want to add, click next.

Toggle Full Control on

Next, the following permission screen will appear. You need to scroll to the bottom, toggle Full Control, and then select "Give Access." You will be prompted to put in your Facebook password to confirm the request.

After confirming the request, the user will receive an invite. The user needs to accept the invite before attempting to connect the Facebook page to the Dealer Panel.
