Review Source Integration Instructions
Integrating external platforms, such as Yelp and CarGurus, alongside your Cars Commerce Brands lets you manage all your reviews in one convenient location. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to set up review feeds from additional sources.
Log in to the Dealer Panel with an account with administrative access to the dealership.
Navigate to the Reviews header item.
From the drop-down, select All Reviews.
Select the desired review source
Select the desired review source below the global navigation. Once selected, a modal will appear. Select 'Add.'
Insert Site URL
Go to your dealership page for the respective source and add the page URL to the free text field. Please make sure you copy the entire URL.
An example of a CarGurus URL is below:
'https://www.cargurus.com/Cars...'
