How to Update your Facebook Review widget access
This article will walk you through updating which Facebook pages are available for you to push DealerRater review content. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Accessing Your Settings
1. Open your web browser and go to the Facebook website (www.facebook.com).
2. Log in to your Facebook account using your credentials.
3. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen to open the drop-down menu.
4. From the menu, select "Settings & Privacy," then choose "Settings."
Managing Business Integrations
1. In the left-hand column of the Settings page, click on "Business Integrations."
2. You will see a list of all the integrations associated with your Facebook account.
Updating the DealerRater.com Dealer Reviews Integration
Locate the DealerRater.com Dealer Reviews integration.
To update page permissions, select "View and Edit."
A new pop-up will display.
Toggle on all Permissions
All pages your Facebook account has access to will display on this screen. Adjacent to each page will be a toggle, toggle each permission to the on position.
Once you have completed your updates, select "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
