Alternative features for the DealerRater for Dealers app
DealerRater offers other features that allow you to manage customer engagement without using the DealerRater for Dealers app. We recommend you use the app for the best experience, but below are some alternatives we provide for notifications and profile updates.
Watch your email for incoming phone and email connections
For every connection you receive (text, phone, and email), you will be sent an email copy of the connection. This email will include the consumer’s contact info and preferred communication method.
To receive text notifications, you must verify your mobile number. Once verified, you can respond to mobile Leads and Connections from your native texting funtionality on your phone.
To update your profile:
Login to your profile from any device. Use the My Profile section to update your photo, bio, and other profile information that helps shoppers get to know you.
Sending Review requests
To send LotShot requests, you must download the DealerRater for Dealers app. However, there is a widget located on the Dealer Panel dashboard so you can manually send review requests to previous customers.
