How it Works
The power of a LotShot request starts with the photo!
Have your employee launch the DealerRater for Dealers app on their smartphone and snap a photo of the customer upon vehicle delivery from the LotShow tab.
Snap and Share
After snapping the shot, the employee shares the photo with the customer via text or email as a fun memento of their positive dealership experience.
Engage the customer and get the review
Your customer receives the message with the photo and is instructed to write a review on DealerRater.
