When an employees moves to a new dealership, will previously submitted reviews follow the employee?

When an employee leaves a dealership, any reviews about the employee which have already been submitted to DealerRater will remain posted on the dealer’s Reviews Page, and cannot be moved to a new dealership where the employee is now employed.

Reviews on DealerRater are associated with the dealership first, and it is important for all reviews submitted about a dealership to remain available to show the dealer’s review trends and history. For this reason, reviews submitted to DealerRater will remain posted to the dealership for which they were originally submitted and may not be transferred to a new dealer based on the employee mentioned in the review.
